We are easy to contact by email, by telephone and in person by visiting our framing workshop. We list our Head Office address to which you can easily write should you so wish. We are always at the end of the phone or at the end of an email waiting and willing to answer any queries you may have regarding your framing, however long or however unusual you consider them to be. We have a dedicated email fast response team, so all email enquiries should be dealt with swiftly and efficiently. If you do not receive an email response from us, this will be due to a technical issue, where either we have not received your email, or you have not received ours. It happens. Please contact us again. Sometimes customers make typing errors in their email when contacting us. Please check your email address is correct. If you telephone our framing workshop and reach the answering machine please DO leave a messsage. Staff are not always in a position to answer the phone, although all staff ALWAYS return phone calls in relation to messages left by customers.
